Sizing and Fit

How do I choose the right size pup hood?

Most pups find that our regular size hoods fit comfortably, but it is important to measure your brow circumference before ordering. We cannot accept returns for sizing mistakes. If you are unsure or between sizes, please read our full sizing guide here:

Do you sell XL pup hoods?

Yes. XL hoods are sold separately and appear only on specific product listings. XL is recommended for pups with a larger brow measurement or a wider jawline. Always measure first to make sure XL is the correct choice, as we cannot accept returns if the size does not fit.

My hood arrived with small wrinkles. Is this normal?

Yes. Due to the way these hoods are packaged, slight wrinkles can appear when they arrive. This is completely normal. The wrinkles relax and smooth out naturally after the hood is worn or left at room temperature for a short time.

Ordering and Changes

Can I change or cancel my order?

No. Our system processes orders automatically and begins fulfillment immediately to offer fast delivery. This means orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. Please choose very carefully before ordering.

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

No. We cannot change addresses after an order is submitted. If the parcel has already shipped, please use the Royal Mail tracking link to request a redirection or collection directly with the courier.

Shipping Information

Do you ship worldwide?

Not currently. We are temporarily shipping within the United Kingdom only due to courier issues.

How long will delivery take?

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days. All orders are sent through our express tracked service.

Are deliveries tracked?

Yes. Every order is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. You will receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email once your package has shipped.

Payment and Processing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and all major debit and credit cards.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed immediately and dispatched from our UK warehouse. Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are typically shipped the same day.

Will I be charged taxes?

No. All prices shown include all applicable taxes.

Order Problems

What if I do not receive my order?

This is rare. If your tracking does not update or the parcel appears delayed, please contact Royal Mail first using your tracking link. If the courier cannot assist, email us and we will help.

What if my items arrive damaged or incorrect?

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review the case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
