Can I change or cancel my order? - VERY IMPORTANT
As we offer express 48 hour delivery we have to process orders as fast as possible and so we have had to automate our process. This means we are unable to cancel orders so please choose very carefully before ordering!

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we offer 48 hour delivery we have to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 1 hour of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in the UK. Orders are processed immediately and if received before 11am Monday to Friday will be delivered within 2 - 3 days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer express delivery in the UK. You can expect your delivery within 2 - 3 business days.
What if I don't receive my order?
This will not happen, our deliveries are fully tracked.
Will I be charged taxes?
Our prices include all taxes.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
